Not available on Digikey, Mouser etc., but can be found on eBay and Aliexpress.
- Programmable PWN frequency
- 4µA startup current, 2.3mA operating current
- Programmable temperature protection
- Gate output voltage clamped to 18V
- Some weird frequency shuffling thing for EMI performance
36V maximum VIN and VDD voltage, VDD has clamp that can handle 10mA continuous.
eBay generic charger used 2M resistance between diode bridge output (from 220-240VAC mains) and VIN pin.
